The next one is the one I'm worried about because it is further south.

Me to. It's path is better aligned for us...which I'm not happy about.

This is unconfirmed at this moment...

I don't know if this is correct, people tend to over exagerate in times like these, but if true then damn...

This probably will be the biggest outbreak ever in Alabama history.

Somebody mentioned Mississippi a few pages back. Just checked out the MEMA page. For yesterday and today, so far they have initial reports of damage from 48 counties across the state, as well as from the Choctaws, and there have been 11 confirmed fatalities (and they say that number may rise) as well as over 40 injuries. A Clarion-Ledger story is here.

The two supercells in northern GA's tracks are almost perfectly aligned now. Looks like they are tracking north of Dawson, GA and into NC just south of Franklin if they hold together.

I've actually heard the same thing from EMS workers that they are calling to the scene. They're calling folks from as far away as Phenix City.

Thanks. Very sad. I hope MS doesn't get overlooked in this.

My stomach hurts hearing the reports from North Alabama. Devastating.

The second cell seems to be taking a more northerly trajectory with time, which should spare you guys, but put places like Blairsville on the chopping block.

Yeah. We'll see if it holds it though. The last cell did until it got into GA.
Based on current radar trends I may spared completely.

There's a new tornado on the map in western Georgia and its current trajectory takes it towards the southern Atlanta suburbs...

The cell about to pass through Douglasville looks like it may be going TOR soon... Lots of shear showing up, headed my way.
