Tropical Depression #25 has formed in the western Caribbean Sea. The NHC center has it inland in 36hrs at 45mph, but there are plenty of indications it could actually still be offshore and as a strong tropical storm or hurricane.
The core of the system looks protected on satellite imagery and TCHP is cranking in the area. I expect significant improvements in storm strength short term.
