Twitter recently (about a month or two ago I'd like to say) completely disabled their search feature for all non-logged in users, and now this too?! It's a real shame because YT is falling out of favor as a place for the general public to post their tornado footage, but twitter treats you like dirt if you don't have an account. What an absolute joke...

At least loader.to can still download videos from links in embedded tweets, but wait till they "correct" that oversight in the next update...

I have had so many issues with Twitter this morning, I got in trouble with the supervisor over the fact that I was humming music whenever I had to mute an ad.

Anyway, looks like Georgia may be getting the remains of an MCS very soon.

CAM initiation on these storms that have run through TN, AL and GA today has been terrible. Most of the CAMs predicted having nothing at all over the area today.

They were vigorous with the activity for several runs prior. They are also notorious for drying out these systems on simulated reflectivity. Even with the not so obvious look you could still see weak or outflow like returns on sim and with instability into the 2000-3000j/kg range chances were in favor of storms.

Today, we've got another 5% tornado risk in the High Plains, this time in Colorado and Kansas. Also a marginal tornado risk from the Missouri/Illinois/Kentucky region. Hatched slight risks for both hail and wind in both Plains and IL/MO region.

I concur that the Didsbury tornado was likely violent. At least one home looks to have been completely leveled, and ground scouring occurred along the path.
