Carthage storm is also looking better.
Damn, lucky they (presumably) didn't get hurt. A storm cellar is way better than being above ground, but a shelter is only as good as its weakest point. People can and have been killed in cellars because of rickety old doors like that.

I seem to recall that one of the tornadoes in the 1980 Grand Island, Nebraska tornado outbreak did the same thing.How our atmosphere can pull off weird stunts like that is beyond me.
