The voter fraud "commission" that Trump setup with Pence/Kobach leading the charge wants to get the Name, Address, DOB, last 4 of SSN, phone numbers, and voting record of millions of Americans to "detect" voters fraud. When challenged on collecting this information, they said there would be numerous safeguards to prevent the collected information from falling into the wrong hands or being exposed publicly.
As a federal program, a comment period is required by law. So what did the fraud commission and the Whitehouse do with the personal information (name, email address, telephone numbers, etc) of people that wrote in? They published it unredacted online on the Whitehouse's website.

Now these people are subject to personal harassment, swatting, identity fraud, and other things that THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT TO BEGIN WITH. Ironically, the guy that wrote in saying he doesn't want his name, address, etc to be made public accidentally or intentionally... had his freaking info published by the Whitehouse!!!
Perhaps they will take the link down, but I downloaded it, and I personally verified that these morons put the unredacted personal information of people criticize their invasion of privacy in this document and published it on Whitehouse.gov.
Hard to see how that's an accident. So, they are either blatantly, intentionally, and maliciously trying to harm these people or completely incompetent with the safeguarding of personal information -- which was why they were being criticized to begin with...
