There is a just a little bit of hype regarding the new Whataburger that opened in Tuscaloosa today.

That is what Cookout looked like when it opened here. Sadly I've heard through the grapevine Whataburger isn't particularly interested in expanding to Huntsville for whatever reason. I think we're further north than they would like.

I agree. We had a lot of fun in our office group. Really wasn't the money as much as trying to compete with each other.

Exactly. Play a dollar entry game with friends and coworkers, the winner gets bragging rights and some lunch money. I was never a big money player. I won $200 in one contest during football season a few years ago, but even that was only a $2 entry(late TD in the last game dropped me from 1st and a $1000 prize!).

I don't know why, but a $1 entry 50/50 game is much more fun than a free entry with no prize.

I’m still playing pretty regular because I live so close to Mississippi but it’d be a whole lot better to do it from my living room.lol

Alabama basketball ends the year losing 5 straight games. No chance we make the tourney now. My guess is one and done in the SEC and then maybe on to NIT if they even take us.

Avery Johnson is the 15th highest paid basketball coach in the country. Talk about taking Alabama Athletics to the cleaners!

All of the energy he has created for the team has evaporated in the past several weeks. Zero excitement going into next season. Not quite sure what Byrne is waiting for...he heat is now squarely on him to make a move. Quit delaying the inevitable.

Now is not the time to make a move. I'm not happy with the results, but a knee-jerk reaction especially with all of this FBI stuff hanging over the sport is not a good idea.

Yeah.. I don't know who we could get. The entire sport is about to be destabilized this offseason. If we can get a young, energetic coach to show some serious interest in us we should by all means pursue him, but if Johnson returns he may be one of only a couple SEC coaches to do so next year.

We're gonna be one and done in that tournament. The same issues that have plagued us all year still plagued us today. We just got lucky that A&M left a gaping hole in the middle of its defense for us to run through..
