In going to weather.gov redesign when I click on WFO area then try to get AFD's it comes back as product not available...Any thoughts/ideas (tried FFC, BMX, GSP sites).

Just saw that, I'm assuming they are changing over to the new format today and it's moving slowly.  If you go to weather.gov they are already showing the redesign and if you type in your zip code you'll get the new forecast page for your area.

Same here.
Probably messed up the link when it changed. Or they may not show up until they post a new one. Who knows. This is the government doing something so give them a few days to clear it up lol.

It looks like they are probably having some issues with new links, etc.

In the meantime, you can find the AFD and other text products at the College of Dupage text page:

the obs history links don't work either.  but i usually go to wunderground as a backup.  speaking of obs...it's much cooler @ KCHA today, 93 at 3pm vs yesterday's 104 at 3pm.  doubtful we hit today's record of 99, much less the forecast high of 102.   :reallyhappy:

Speaking of Wunderground.com, I saw that they were sold to The Weather Channel Companies:

Dr. Masters says that the wunderground.com web site will stay the same.  I hope he is right about that.
