I know its impossible to tell me what exact time it will rain in an exact location. But, on a broad scale, when is the heaviest rain suppose to start? I have outdoor plans in Muscle Shoals, Alabama between 10am-6pm tomorrow.  The nws has us for a 60% rain tomorrow. WHNT gives a 30% of rain for tomorrow. Waff gives a 50% of rain tomorrow. So, which is it?

Rocknut, right it looks like the rain will begin in the afternoon in the Shoals, then persist well into the overnight. The heaviest may hold off till a little later in the afternoon, maybe closer to sunset.

I will also add that confidence is increasing in rain reaching the Shoals during the day tomorrow, so I would assume those rain chances will be going up when they update again.
